Okay so the other day my car started acting funny. While in lower RPM's the car lags. The power cuts in and out, and it kind of surges. I thought maybe fuel delivery problem or spark plug issues, but I also went and had the alternator tested and they told me it was bad and that the car was running just on my battery, but the problem isn't getting worse, and wouldn't it with the battery not getting recharged. Has anybody else had this problem before, and does anybody know where I could find a write up to get the alternator out.

I had the same issue. Not to hard of a fix for me. I replaced the valve cover gasket as it was bad. It had leaked oil onto my spark plugs and they were bad. I replaced the the spark plugs as well as the spark plug boos and it made a world of difference. The only thing left to do is to upgrade to the high output coils. It should fix your problem though. I could hardly get going some times before I fixed the problem,
