Will 225/45/17 fit on e36???

I bought a set of wheels 17x7 or 8 not sure, but the tires on them are 225/45/17. Will they fit with these tires, or do I need to buy new ones?

i have a 1997 318 with the 330 Ci wheels, so to answer your quesition....Yes

mine are 225/45/17 tires on 7.5 wheels up front and 245/40/17 on 8.5 in the back so you should be good.

your car will look way better, 17" is a great size for e36

as long as your offset is right, yes. I just put on some 225/45/17's on 17x7 47 offset. I think you should be fine with an offset of 30-47ish
