Well, $3000.00 later... I have her running great. I replaced alot (!) of parts on her. She was definitely not looked after. It is a 1989 with 90K, auto, Red, Tan (correct color name?) KYB's, Bav springs (bottoms out!!!!) wish I known sooner....Full tank of fuel, couple bags of groceries, fast corners do not mix, except in the trunk (groceries that is). I replace entire front suspension, brakes, rotors F&R, PS canister, Plugs, wires, cap & rotor, 70*C thermostat, all the fluids to synthetic, Dinan chip, Full detail....I really enjoy this car. Thanks for reading.
I post pictures if someone told me how....

I see you're in Raleigh, I'll be up there in about a month and a half. I believe you need 15 to post a link and 25 to post a picture (?). Just go to the General BMW Discussion and Bimmer Rides and spam a little with "nice ride":)

Raleigh, huh? Well, very cool, same here. Do you live inside the beltline? Because there's a red 535i that I sometimes see in the driveway of a house on Whitaker Mill road, and wondered who's it was, maybe yours?

Anyway, glad you got it all sorted out, the 535's are fine cars, I wish I had one. But yes, posting some pics of that awesomeness should be a priority after you get your posts up. Any details on your Brembo brakes?

Edit: nevermind about that, saw the zip code =P. Still that's close by, nice. Anyway, have fun with it all!
