Selling one of my toys in order to purchase another. Would like to get back on to a bike so one toy has to leave for another to arrive (or else...she says). Information below: $6000 obo
My car is a 1990 325i with 142k original miles, black exterior/tan interior. I purchased it completely stock to build for DE's. In doing such, I started to enjoy the car more and more and have been driving it most days since. I have redone the entire suspension with H&R Group G/Bilstein combination with aluminum rear shock mounts and new bushings. The engine has been gone through. Has MSD blaster coil, Bosch 8mm plug wires, and NGK plugs. Engine is chipped with the best MarkD 7000rpm chip. Car is very strong. Headlights were replaced with very clean European Bosch smiley ellipsoids. Since I started driving it more often I replaced the entire interior from grey cloth to a complete euro tan leather interior (rare). I also went through the stereo and replaced all components with top of the line parts (now 550wRMS with only 18 additional pounds). Latest part was a genuine AC Schnitzer short shift kit. I can include a roll bar and Caterham fiberglass race seats (about 6lbs each) if the intent is to make it a track car for an additional fee. I have a very extensive spares package as well including nearly enough parts to rebuild another entire E30 (have a spare shell as well) which can be included as well. Price is firm as is, but negotiable on parts (i.e. willing to remove the suspension/headlights/stereo) and sell the car for less. Also have entire M60 V8 willing to sell with the car for an additional fee as well. Title in hand.

Anyone who tries to sell a car with more than a few thousand miles as perfect is full of crap. My car is no exception. Of course with the mileage the exterior is not in the best shape. The overall paint condition is good (no sunfading/peeling/etc) but there are many little dings, a few scratches, etc. The paint is better than most E30's I see, but not top of the line. There is no rust anywhere that I can find. All VIN numbers are present and there is no evidence of any previous accidents. The carpet is decently dirty. When I swapped the interior I planned on purchasing black floor mats to complete the look (which would hide all the imperfections) but I never got around to it. There are no tears in the carpet, but a good steam cleaning would be beneficial. The front seats are in fair shape. Passenger seat has cracks but no tears. Drivers seat has cracks and one small tear (now about the size of a thumb). Overall the leather is soft and relatively clean. The rear seat is in very good condition. Headliner is clean overall, but has a couple of small spots/stains. Dashboard has no cracks that I can find, but its getting to the age and mileage where you can expect some. PO replaced the guage cluster with a momometer (sp?) dialed in to the exact mileage. Unfortunately though they replaced it with an E cluster, not an I. Thus the mileage is correct, but the tachometer reads to 5k and the gas guage reads incorrectly. The drivers side door lock is somewhat seized...works but no very well. Some WD40 may help loosen the parts up, but a door lock repair kit should be the fix. Sunroof works fine, but the manual lever has come undone and won't stay attached. I believe I have all the parts to fix this and it may get done before the car sells. All the trunk liners and insulation have been removed, but are included. Suspension is stiff... no doubt about it. NY/NJ buyers should beware.
Overall the car is in very good shape for the year and mileage. Not a mint example but a great driver and a great DE car. Clean title, accurate mileage, no rust, great mods.
I am hoping to clean the car up well tomorrow and take pictures. I have not taken any since the day I bought it.
