TLC = 73k miles.. just normal stuff. All in all the car is nice and imo priced accordingly.

I have no reason not to be honest. All thats wrong with car mechanically is:

clutch thanks to some kid who test drove it.
Gas cap doesnt click when you tighten it
Brakes are couple months old. Bought the best ones advance had and no break dust.
Changed the oil at the same time.I Love the car but dirt roads wont be good for it and I would like to see an enthusiast get it. Oh yah, the break sensor on rear broke when we changed pads and dealer didnt have one and i dont see a reason to need it so that little warning light is on. i can get in the car and drive wherever and it turns like a dream. The car is nice with those few blemishes. It needs TLC just as i stated and it would make an enthusiast a happy camper. If you want other pictures or any information i can proviode... i will do my best.

What is wrong with the clutch? Does it slip/burnt out? Is the gas cap problem just the gas cap our housing?

Yes the car is driveable. It slips when you get on the gas hard. General Driving is fine.

Is the gas cap problem just the gas cap our housing?

I actually just noticed that the other day. It says turn until click and it doesnt click anymore. Housing is fine. Car has never been wrecked. Dealer should have. I went to autozone to try and buy new wiper blades and a gas cap, bmw has the market covered.. must go to dealer.

Has the car ever been under a warranty?

I would imagine it had a warranty. I got it from the original owner. Is it still under warranty?? No clue.

It wasnt slipping until i noticed it after he drove it. Doesnt matter much.. The clutch is slipping and needs to be replaced
