But he does not respond to email, nor phone calls, nor...or maybe he only selectively returns calls/emails/etc to those he knows he does not owe money or parts to.

I know this guy personally and he's no con artist rip off seller. He's a stand up guy, at least in all my dealings with him (in person). I'm sure he has a good reason for his lack of communication. Sometimes, sh*t happens and life has to be put on hold. Just give him a little more time.

I no longer have a dog in the fight, my refund via PayPal was completed today.

But, the issue was, if he communicated his issues or whatever, most people would not be ready to lynch him. Communicate very well, take someone's money, then cease all communication - yeah right. There is no good reason for that, especially whey people like you say he answers his phone, responds to email, etc. IE, he responds to those that he does not owe parts or money too.

Basically, he is a coward. He needs to be a man, communicate, even if you know people will not like what is said, say it.

I never said he'd answer emails, phone calls, etc. That is why I said my dealings with him were in person. I'm drawing only from my experiences with him, which were all excellent.

I agree it's wrong to take money and then cut communications. I just wanted people to give him a chance to explain before the attack begins. If he's just been sitting on his ass, avoiding customers, then more power to you. I have no idea how long his lack of communications has gone on, so it may be justified at some point (or now) of waiting to force him into responding.

I've personally had family emergencies out of state/country/etc. that enveloped my life and I had no means to communicate or use the internet to get contact info for people. I'm sure many have had similar experiences. A few days is one thing, but a number of weeks/months are not acceptable.

My statement was only a suggestion in case he really can't communicate for now. Please don't take it personally. I'm not defending his actions, I'm only stating my experiences were positive and a suggestion of how to handle the situation in my opinion. I have no benefit to defending him. He's not a friend, family member, or business partner of mine.

I know I'd be pissed if I was in your shoes, but I try to allow a period of time in which the situation can be resolved by the delinquent party within a reasonable amount of time. Obviously, there's a point at which this courtesy expires.

People have given him plenty of chances. How long - I initiated discussion with him to purchase on 4/27, paypal'd on 4/29 based on him saying the product would be to him and ready to ship by 5/9 (+- a couple days at most - Jesse's words). He communicated up to 5/15. Nothing again until I threatened him with the wrath of PayPal on 6/7 - during that time I emailed/called many many times.

I agree completely - this is not his case.

You are one of the few lucky ones.

He has screwed people on numerous different items in numerous threads. People are ready to go find him and string him up. I truly believe had I not started my PayPal claim - I would not have my money now. I *almost* missed the PayPal 45 day cutoff - and I would bet Jesse wanted me to. His last communication was the day I left him a phone message telling him I was filing a PayPal claim on day 44. He responded within an hour with a phone txt message (not a phone call) to say he would issue the refund. I called him back, no answer of course, I emailed him - no answer. I filed the claim.

Well, now that definitely sounds like bad business. That's way too long for no communication. It's strange, he seemed so devoted to his business when I dealt with him. I wonder what derailed him. Good luck to everyone fightin to get Paypal $$$ back.

But where's my diffuser!!:mad

There's no way that someone who promises dozens of people product, takes there money, and disappears of the face of the fricking planet, can be a stand up guy. He's being a pussy and a conman. People are getting there refunds here and there, but he can't answer a email, a phone call? Its obvious. You don't know him from a hole in the wall. All you know is that you live locally to him and he gave you what you paid for. For us not in the northwestern region, we get screwed! WTF!! I filed 3 complaints with the Better Business Bureau of his area. Jesse Mayor and BB-AW are completely unprofessional, they are thieves, and there's no way it can be justified!

Is this for the rear M3 look diffuser for non-M rear bumpers?

If so, I have an extra one sitting around...
