I'm looking for a 3.38 differential w/ low miles

if i find and buy one, i'll sell mine 3.18 Diff out of a 95 M3... w/ 74K miles

what year and model did this differential came from?

the 3.38 came out of a 97+ M3 automatic(sedan or cabrio)

actually the 3.38 is available in any body style 96+ AUTO M3..

tsk tsk Drew, ACTUALLY automatic's were only available on:
95 M3 coupe
97 M3 sedan
98 M3 sedan
98 M3 cabrio
99 M3 cabrio

Not many coupes were even made in 96, let alone automatics!:wave:

Just to clarify, the 95 M3 coupe did come in an automatic, but with a 3.23 LS differential.

there were no sedans or cabrios made in 96, they were all coupes. and you will find the 3.38 in any body style 96+ auto.

to the first guy if you want it so bad just order from www.zionsvilleautosport.com..

i have a 3.38 diff. with 6,000 miles on it, i will sell it once i repair the thread on one of the mounts. oncei do that i'll be able to sell it for more, im lookin to get about 900 0or so
