335i Coupe rear wheel offset question

On the 335i Coupe, what's the max offset I can go in the rear if I am running a 9.5" wide wheel with a 275 tire?

I would think ET30 should be fine, but 265/30/19 would prolly be better choice. Here's the link to E90post where you can put in your wheel size,offset, etc and calculate new wheel offset. Pretty useful, even tells you how much the wheel will extend or tuck in with each individual offset...

so you think 22mm with my set-up will definietly cause some rubbing? it sure looks sweet though. I guess I will have to drive it and see what happens. visually though, I don't see how it can't rub especially if I hit a big bump with weight in the back.

With a 22 offset, you can only run a 255. You can run a 265 with some camber adjustments.

Guys, I need some help. Will 17" wheels w/ 35mm offset work for 2010 335i? I want to run winter tires on these. Thanks in advance.

What is the offset of your rims?

I have a set Of breyton spirit II 20" and I tried to put the them on and the rears rub a lot! had to pull them off

The rears are 10x20 wheel size, offset is 40mm (deep dish) I have 285/30/20 tires on rear?

Front specs just in case that helps (no rubbing here) 8.5x20 wheel size, 35 offset and have 225/35/20 tires (stretched) on front

I would really like these rims on my car :( but do not want to drive a car that rubs at all So help me solve otherwise ill just drop down to 19s and find a pair that fit just under the fender.
