with the upcoming installation of the twinscrew and with all the widebody e36s being created, i decided to actually consider getting a widebody. Out of the "kits" offered on the market today (acs is NLA and i cant go custom like Cam) the Esquiss seems like the only choice for me because of its amazing looks and unsurpassed fitment.

I once saw a picture of a techno e36 m3 with a zeemax widebody in the rear only and i thought it looked amazing! (I'll try to locate pics, but i think they were on teh celsiusone website). My question is: do you think the esquiss kit would look good if i did on the rear and kept the rest of the car with the stock-width body (with other cosmetic/performance upgrades)? The front fenders and the front bumper arent too expensive, but i was just thinking about doing it beacuse i really do love the stock front with some minor upgrades and i can already tuck enough rubber under the front fenders. Or do you guys feel like if you go widebody, you should do the whole thing?

Thanks for your opinions! its appreciated :buttrock

Ive seen it both ways, not with the kit your talking about but just with widebodies...in my epinion I would...this is hard I guess. Do both. just so it looks even I guess?

my vote would be for the whole thing. Ive never seen just the rear done, but would guess that it would be unproportionate

How much does the rear flare out if you were to do the rear only? It its a drastic amount, it may look kinda funny but if its not too bad then it would look sweet. Its all up to you really, it would be unique! GL either way!

i think only the rear would look good if it wasn't too drastic. Perhaps do the rear and roll the front fenders a bit?

if you did a really subtle widebody that would look bad ass.

here are a couple sample pictures so you guys can see how the Esquiss kit flows. SIlver car = ryan castro's amazing ride with full esquiss bumpers and DPEs
and
Black car = jon Sibal's amazing ride with custom front and rear bumpers and BBS wheels
and
Blue car = "Will's" amazing ride with reiger front and rear bumpers with DTM Kreuz wheels (i think he might have sold his car)
