can Dinan chips be reprogrammed???

has anyone ever dealt with Dinan regarding this issue? I paid full price for the chip and have all the paperwork. I didnt mind taking a loss when selling it, but I just want to know if its worthless now and need to give a refund. thanks for input in advance.

What do you want to do with the chip? Have them reprogram it to one of their different software levels or did something happen to it? I dont know the answer to your question either way, but it might help clarify someone who would know.

I sold the chip, but I didnt know it's programed to a specific DME. I want to know if Dinan can program the chip to a new DME, or is the chip worthless because it only applies to my DME?? thanks for the help.

I had the stage 1 installed.I was told if I took my car in to the dealer for a check-up and the code was removed Dinan would re-install it for no charge.
