Replaced the RTABs and RSMs and got an alignment done. Now, two months later, I have wear on the extreme inner edges of both rear tires.

Can worn outer control arm busings (ball joints I suppose in later years) cause this wear pattern?

Any ideas before I head back to the alignment shop to have my settings rechecked?

Rear camber is adjustable. All bmw's have inner tire wear due to factory adjusted negative camber. Get adjustable lower control arms if you want to fine tune it.

The wear I'm having is not within the range of normal. I don't have the sheet in front of me, but I have slightly more than 1 degree of neg camber in the back. My wear is not due to 1 degree of neg camber.

I'm going to try to get it rechecked today. If the settings are unchanged then I can't believe it's the static settings. It must, therefore, be a dynamic problem i.e. busings etc

Spec for rear camber is -1.6 to -1.9, rear toe in is around .20 to .40 degrees, I believe. All M3s have inner tire wear at these settings.

If you change the rear trailing arm bushings (RTAB) and continue to use stock bushings, make sure to use RTAB reinforcements, such as the Vorshlag:

They should reduce dynamic toe changes, and increase the bushing life.
