was there ever a lever on the 95 m3 to adjust the steering wheel?

not on the us versions. do a search there has been people that converted thiers.

On very early production 95's they DID have steering height adjust... Even in the US.

Late model 95's ended that.

i hated where mine was at when i first got my m3, now i love it. its the perfect place for control, comfort, and space. i wouldnt change it. there are write-ups on how to change it though. looks like quite a process but it might be worth it to some.
