How are the Falken ZE 329's

I was thinking of getting the Falken FK 452's, but they only have a treadwear rating of 300 and the Falken ZE 329's have it at 440. I just would like to know which one should I get. I live in Florida so I do have to deal with alot of hot dry roads one minute and wet roads the other. I do not race or drive my car hard, so an all around tire would work for me. I just bought a set of 18's so the tires would be 225/40/18. Any information would be helpful.

Well here is an update. I took my car out to test the new tires and got pulled over doing 91 in a 60 "I know not so bright". The kicker is it should have been a speed limit of 70, but it was in a construction zone. Now I have to pay the steep price of my foolishness. Well on a side note the tires did handle really nice.:)
