Stock CD changer wont work???? HELP

I just installed my stock radio, and than hooked up the factory apline (tr1003) 6 cd changer. The radio works but I dont know how to access the cd changer from the radio. Does anybody know how to access the cd changer from the stock radio?

I think the button is "band". Should go from FM to AM to CD.

maybe i have a bad cd changer. when i pushed the band function it only went from am to fm.
