For sale are front and rear Hawk HT-10 racing brake pads for E36 3 series (excluding M3), E46 3 series (excluding M3), Z3 and Z4 (excluding M). The front pads have 0.30-0.39" (~60-70%) pad thickness remaining and have one vertical, full length crack through the pad compound on the two inboard pads, as shown in the photo above. The rear pads have 0.34-0.37 (~70%) pad thickness remaining and have some very small/fine surface cracking on the two inboard pads, as shown in the photo above. The cracks formed on the first day of track use, and the folks at Hawk and BimmerWorld assured me that this is typical behavior of HT-10 pads, nothing to be concerned about. I used them for a total of four track days, and the braking performance was extremely consistent and much better than any race pad I've ever tried. I just sold my 1996 328is track car and no longer need these pads.
Additional photos of the front pads are located at http://s7.photobucket.com/albums/y253/quisk/E36%20Brake%20Cooling%20Kit/Hawk%20HT-10%20pads%20front/
Additional photos of the rear pads are located at http://s7.photobucket.com/albums/y253/quisk/E36%20Brake%20Cooling%20Kit/Hawk%20HT-10%20pads%20rear/
Paid $346 + s/h when purchased new. Asking $115 + $10 s/h (to continental US). If interested, please contact me by PM.
