Still have Check engine light on, now it's spring time to fix it. The short story had my driveshaft replaced, when the mech. put it back together I have CEL on. He said it shows both front 02s bad, can not be... changed one. with a good bosch still on.
Could it be a leak?? I can hear a leak when I start up cold in the morning under the hood, I think he may have damaged the donut??

Find where the leak is coming from first, and what type of fluid is coming out. If you can hear the leak, most likely there's a puddle of the stuff on the ground.

Do you mean an exhaust leaK? That would look like bad O2 sensors to the ECU. My son in law had the same trouble.

Pay about $60 bucks to have a shop find out why you have CEL...don't try and figure it out by assuming it's this and that!! just run the code and go from there.. Good luck with it!

They wont clear he says.. I dont know much about it.
He spent hours tracing the wires to the sensors last month. I think he overlooked the leak, I know I hear a leak in the exhaust espcially when I start it cold..

Generic 02 sensors aren't that expensive. IMO they work as well as OEM. Just replace them and go on with life.
