What type of Oil/Tranny Fluid should I use?

I want to get a synthetic Mobil-1 oil change, but dont know what type to use....5w30?10w30? i live in san diego, so the weather isnt crazy at all....I'm also gonna get a tranny flush and new fluid, any reccomendations on that? sorry so many questions, I'm brand new to the bimmer game, and dont want to mess anything up! Any input will help, thanks!!

Try a search of "Esso" and you can read about the importance of using the correct transmission fluid and OEM filter, as well as some alternate fluid brands that people researched/tried.
