Hey all, I'm new! I just wanted to say a quick hello and ask for some thoughts on buying a certified 325i, probably a 2004. They seem to be running about $24k (with some decent options, ~35k miles). Any suggestions when looking or any major problems with this year? I'll be test driving tomorrow. Will take a deep look into these forums too!

Edit: I really don't know what options I should be looking for, like nicer wheels, stereo system, etc. They all look pretty decked out. I can't find out what all available options were out for these 2003-2004 models...

By that year, they got the quirks mostly out.

BMWs eat cooling systems and suspension bushings, but it's not terrible.

Sport package is the main thing. A few have NAV, a good majority have Premium package (leather and some other goodies).

I ended up buying an '05 325i, it's pretty fun and peppy! Now to figure out all the stuff on it. The owners manual doesn't really explain much. I've yet to figure out how to open the gas tank! lol!

The whole drivers seat seems loose, hopefully this isn't normal and it's covered under the original warranty.
