Leather couldn't be better. Driver headrest has a small crack and driver side quick fold lever is missing.

what about the rears?

I don't have any pic already uploaded but I can get some when I get home from work. The rears are in great shape as well. Only that plastic strip on the top back of the seats is comming off. If you wanted all of it front and rear I'd let them for for $700 + shipping.
