looking for a E30/E36 sedan

I'm looking for a e30 or e36 4 door with under 130k miles in a perfect world it would have a 5 spd, leather seats, but if a clean Automatic came around I would look at it. Not really looking for a fixer upper. Needs to be a daily driver

I live right outside Boston MA.
Budget is $5000
