That ad is messed up. He starts talking about a bike for some reason.
Vehicle Description
I am relisting this BMW Z1 as the previous winning bidder had a financing problem. I have also owered the opening bid! Good Luck!
This is the Z-1. It was the first of all the Z cars and is based on a 528 platform. Plastic composite body, power windows, power retracting
doors, stereo, etc. It is in the USA under the show and display only law. It is limited to 2500 miles per year. The paperwork has to be
filed to transfer ownership and should take approximately 3 months to clear. It has around 65,000 miles and drives as it should. It comes
with manuals and the hard top. Ther are only 3 or 4 in the USA. It is in excellent condition.
Pretty amazing that the original owner of the bike saw this listing on Ebay and wrote:
Hello,
This was my old bike. Actually it was Jack Baratellie's bike. I got it in for him but it was actually registered to me first. It was the first Rotary in North America and probably South America. It was a great bike. Jack let me keep it for the Summer and I delivered it to him in the fall of 1989.
I knew it as the only Classic in the country. There is a copy in St Louis but that was an Interpol converted to a Classic. There is also an Interpol in Calif. There are some F1s, F1 Sports ( I got the first of those in as well) and I think a Commander in country as well
