93 325i idle issue

A friend of mine just picked up a 93 325i automatic. He brought to the dealership and it ran codes for the o2 senso and the mass air flow meter. we have replaced the air flow meter and the engine will stay running now but when u come to a stop the idle goes up and down then plains out and is normal again. I dont know to much about these motors but my guess is a vacum line somewhere. PLease help so we can fix the issue

Did you replace the O2 sensor? A faulty one will exhibit that symptom, among other things. If you've already replced it, try cleaning the Idle Control Valve.
