Greetings, just bought a used '99 e36 convertible. Fixing some minor things that the previous owner ignored I guess. As a noob here, thought I'd ask those with knowledge for assistance on two issues.
1. The brake lights seem to stay on after first applied. What should I check first?
2. Cruise control doesn't engage - could be related to No. 1 I guess since cruise cuts out when you apply the brakes.
Any help would be appreciated. My first M car but my 10th BMW. Thanks is advance!
