Hello everyone! I am a new member to Bimmer Forums and this is actually my first post. I just bought my first BMW. It is a '95 Black 325i w/ 140k miles. And yes it is an automatic :\ lol I got this car very cheap and I was intending to only keep it til I was finished school (in about 5 months) but I abosolutely love this car and now I DO NOT want to get rid of it. I was really hesitant at first because I have heard about BMW's falling apart after about 100k miles but it seems to be running very strong! It had OEM suspension put it about 10k miles ago as well as OEM rotors and pads and a new set of all season tires. Other than the fog light bulb that blew and just plain old belts or chains it has no problems or so I think...

I am writing today for some assistance from anyone that has a very good amount of knowledge of BMW's especially the E36. I am looking for anyone more in the area where I live or around the area. Anyone in Maryland (Frederick, Rockville, Hagerstown, etc.) or Northern Virginia that could maybe get together and pretty much analyze my car. I basically want to know the condition of motor, suspension, drivetrain, etc. ***IN DETAIL*** and just let me know what you think.

I am bringing my car to a BMW shop to check the compression to make sure that its even and good. Other than that I am going to read like whoa and get some knowledge about BMW's.

Thanks to anyone that reads this and is willing to help me out!

Christopher ^_-
