Need Help... URGENT!

Usually, when you have steering wheel vibration, but the drive is balanced, I mean I'm sure that my tires (wheels) are balanced from all four side... What could be some other causes of this?

It happens only after 60kph to 80kph... (pls. take into consideration that I already changed my rims from the stock 15" to 17" BMW style #128)

Please I need some urgent feedback as I'll be going on a long trip soon...

Possible causes are, in no particular order,

-Bent brake rotors (if vibration is while braking)
-Damaged/worn out lower front/rear control arm bushings, or worse still the control arm itself is damaged.
-damaged/bent/cracked wheel alloy (you said they new so unlikely)
-unbalanced front/rear wheels ( you said they're balanced so unlikely)

Could be any of these or none of them, its hard to call.

Control arm bushings: newly changed
other bushings/rubber from the front suspension: newly changed
Vibration happening not while breaking, but I'll check...
I hope its not the Control Arm itself...:(
