I need assistance in choosing chrome E39 M5 wheels.

Which offset do I choose? I am looking at 19". I do not want rubbing, no matter what the load is. My car does not have the sport suspension, and the suspension has not been modified, such as; lowered.
Staggered or Non-Staggered?

I like the stance of the staggered look, but want the handling to go with it.
Where and which to choose?

I don't want to spend the money on a OEM BMW wheels (I would go with a larger major aftermarket brand like Asanti for that price)

How are the tires (http://www.tirerack.com/a.jsp?a=AB2&url=index.jsp) on this one? Too much money? (http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/19-BM...3046194QQrdZ1) (http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/19-BMW-M5-STAGGERED-SET-CHROME-WHEEL-RIM-TIRES_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQcategoryZ66485QQitemZ28009 3046194QQrdZ1))

Not M5, but I like the look? (http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/BMW-M... 390896QQrdZ1 (http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/BMW-M6-M5-525-645-540-545-530-535-CHROME-WHEELS-RIMS_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQcategoryZ43959QQitemZ190092 390896QQrdZ1))
Thanks in advance. I will be ready to purchase these soon, so all of your prompt assistance will be greatly appreciated.
