shock choices for my 328

I'm about to order some lowering springs, not sure which ones but I want a good bit of drop (similar to h & r race). I know i need to replace my shocks. What shocks are a good cheap replacement when lowering it that much.

okay i just ordered some Tein S Tech springs. It says that they are made to be used with OEM shocks. I really need new shocks/struts, will ones from an m3 work?
