For a 318is (1993-1995 with over 100k miles, 5 spd and all the options available)

For a 325is (1993-1995 with over 100k miles, 5 spd and all the option available)

Sorry if this is an annoyance but I do not want to get raped when I go searching for one of these cars and the guy tells me what he wants and I agree even though thats far to high of a price.

Oh and both cars would be in average-pretty good condition.

lol, Just messin with ya. I wouldn't pay more than $5k for either of them. There's plenty of them floating around out there. It might be worth the price of a plane ticket and a road trip to get your hands on the right one. Good luck

And now that I think about it, it would have to be really clean if I were to even pay that much. Considering I just bought my 97 318ti Mtech Sport for $4150 and it had a brand new motor. I had to fly to Michigan to pick it up, but it was well worth it.

I paid $4250 for my 95 325is w/ 155k. It only needed one repair, rear wheel bearing, then all was PERFECT. Got maintenance records, etc...

Did anyone else notice this "Street Value of more than $18,500!!" for that 95 318is and that it was bid up to $10,000.00 either people are complete idiots or this guy is bidding on it himself and since it's on Ebay neither would surprise me.

Yeah, I noticed that. I was suspecting the same thing about him bidding on it as well. That's called "Shill Bidding." It's against the law and if you could prove that someone is doing it, you could have them prosecuted. I bought my car on ebay. When I flew to Michigan to get it, I found out the guy was the original owner, non smoker and he gave me everything that came with the car including receipts and all maintenance records. It was amazing, he saved everything! Not to mention, he threw in a bunch of extra goodies that he had laying around including a set of steel wheels with snow tires. At first I thought it was too good to be true. On the long trip home, my friend asked if he could smoke in it. I was suprised to see that the cigarette lighter had never been used! The engine was replaced at 107k miles by the same dealer that sold him the car in 1997. The car had 120k on the odometer when I picked it up. The previous owner was really cool, he picked us up from the airport and filled the tank with gas. He even had the oil changed and got a temorary registration for me before I got there. Needles to say, I couldn't be happier. That's what all car buying experiences should be like.
