Put this HID's in my Cooper S Works this weekend. Love it! A definately must for anybody with halogen lights.

Yeah, I put 4 PIAA H7 bulbs in my GP, and I think it is def as good, if not better, than Xenons I had in my 02 for 4.5 years!

Nice lights! That's great you were able to upgrade to HIDs into the stock halogen housing and use the existing lens. Please update this thread with actual night photos showing the amount of light and direction produced, if you can.

I installed a similar kit into my Audi S6. Although, my S6 has parabolic lenses to start with (same design that HIDs use) which made the swap from the halogen bulb to the HID xenons easy. The light quality and improvement in driving at night is now perfect. I also was able to replace the Hella factory glass lens cover with new euro code versions. Totally gave a new "night time life" to my 12 yr old 20v turbo S6.

ps just the slightest hint of those R90s on your MINI Cooper S looks schweet ;) That is my summer rim type as well.
