Misfire help

On a friend's 99 318ti:

:eek: I've got three CEL codes from the peake reader:

28: catalyst efficiency
3E: misfire, random or unknown cylinder
34: misfire, cyl #3

She recently had the cats and O2 sensors replaced.

What should I look at next? It is running pretty rough.

Is it the 16 valve engine? could it b the coil or the disa valve?
