WTB 01-newer M3 or M coupe with bad S54

I'm looking for an 01 or newer M3, M Roadster, or M coupe with a bad S54 engine. I bought a rolled 02 M3 to do a S54 conversion into my E30 but when the car arrived it was an SMG car and I decided it to be to much of a headache to continue. I figured since I have a good drivetrain and I've heard of people having engine failures with early S54 engines I'd see if anyone wanted to sell there car with a bad engine. Hey it never hurts to ask.

If you're replacing the engine, then why not pay less & buy an older M Coupe? Aside from the obvious differences in engines, 99 & 2000 Coupes are almost identicle to 2001+.

I ask because I have a 2000 M Coupe for sale...
