Up for sale is my setup that I've used for a couple of years but now have no use for it as I recently purchased a '06 330i and the blitzsafe interface does not work with it.
The Blitzsafe interface will work with all BMW 3 ser 96-04, 5 ser 97-03, x5 97-04, 7 ser 8/98-01, and all z4 (check out the pic of the back of the blitzsafe unit). This interface will allow you to integrate the cd changer and the XM unit into your factory audio system. The model number is BMW/XM DMX CMD V.1D. You can read more info about this unit at:

The XM commander was the best unit that I could find that matched the color of my interior and was inconspicuous enough to not attract the attention of thieves. I've mounted the display for the XM Commander in the ashtray of my e46 and in the sunglass cubby of my e36. It fits great in those spots and it also comes with a mounting bracket in case you would like to get creative.
