Hi:
WTS my CD43 head unit. I bought it from a forumite, but it ended up not working. Searched far and wide for the best tech in the country who instantly diagnosed a faulty volume control and replaced it. He also went over it with a fine-toothed comb and it's now 100% flawless. Apparently, this is a moderately common issue that you will now not have. The unit was fully tested and it's now 100%. Came out of an '02 Z3, I believe, and is compatible with several cars - plug and play in many, if not most, cases.
I'd use it myself, but I've got over $250 more into this than I should and have sorta lost interest. Again, it's a flawless unit and ready for a new home. Comes with security code card.
Asking $425 shipped, which is high, but you can buy with confidence that it works fine and that an area that's possibly prone to wear is good to go.
Thank you and please don't hesitate to inquire with any questions.

Oy Vey man I am interested but you're gonna have to come down a bit on that price.
I understand you put work into it but for that much $ I'm in the aftermarket DVD player ballpark.

It's definitely enough to give one schpilkies in the guzeyn guzent. Feel free to make an offer. I'll cut my losses and move on with my life (after ripping out someone's throat, of course).

$400 shipped? Again, still high, but you can buy with total confidence and the potentially high wear area is 100% brand new. Thanks again for looking.

I hear ya. I should probably keep it, but I'm way over anything audio and would rather take a loss than spend another cent on anything audio related. My man Mark Camaj (M3C on the forums if I remember correctly) did me a big favor by selling me a broken unit under false pretenses. I cancelled my $5500 install on another car and have no interest in car audio anymore.
This unit is now fixed and as good as new. Again, the potentially high wear item is now 100% brand new and properly replaced. Feel free to make an offer and I'll move forward with head held high. This can be bought probably with more confidence that any other on the used market.
Mark can still make good by sending me $250, but he's probably still too much of a pussy to do that.
