Ok I sealed my top last summer. My question is how many times a year should I do this?

My last e36 was a 1996 328i convertible and I did it twice a year. It really held up well and stayed black. The top on my current 1999 M3 convertible looks older and more weathered. I'm hoping a few more applications of protectant will bring it back to black.

This car has the origanal top on it and its still in great shape but both previous owners had a garage I dont so I thought I might need to do it more.

2 times per year is recommanded. Spring and autumn.

Green soap works a treat for cleaning.

Where would I be able to buy this green soap? I'm assuming you are using this to clean your top.
