sorry man, I don't post random sites into my browser.

what's the asking price, how many miles, what color interior/exterior, I assume it is a 90 535i per your sig?
Post up maintenance history, etc. That's what this forum is for.

That car is in very high demand. I am in the market. But your for sale post is lacking. You get an "F" for effort.

Get a better browser then, and maybe you won't have to worry about it. :rolleyes

Most, if not all, pertinent details are on that web page, and while I agree it would be ideal if he had posted all that in plain text in the original post, just go to the site, for God's sake.

Sorry guys, I was posting in a rush, and figured I'd update the info later on. Same with the photos on the webpage, I have many more I'll add asap. I can't post direct links here because of low post count. Anyway here's the text from the webpage. If you don't want to go to the link then email me at mxl556 at yahoo dot com and i'll email pics.

This E34 535i was delivered to California in late 1989 and was sold by Bob Smith BMW in Canoga Park, CA on 12/8/89.First owner owned the car until 1994 and then sold it to the second owner.Second owner owned it since 1994 until the summer of 2006, when he traded it in for an SUV. I bought it then with 196000 miles.

The first owner maintained the car at the dealer it was originally purchased until the end of 1993 and 60000 miles, the service booklet has stamps from the dealership. The second owner maintained the car at BMW independent shop in Laguna Niguel, CA all the time he owned the car and the mechanic also put the information in the service booklet. His mechanic used only synthetic oils for the whole time, I've continued to do the same when I purchased it.I'm not sure whether the BMW dealer used synthetics, but since 60000 miles this 535i only had synthetics fluids along with the frequent changes.According to the seconds owner this e34 was an exceptional car and did not have any problems except for normal service and repairs expected during ownership during all these years, that's why he kept it from 1994 to 2006.

The major repairs the previous owner had done were:
-A/C properly converted to R134 freon in 2000 at the A/C shop.
-At the end of 2004 (174000 miles) he had replaced most of the cooling system components such as radiator, hoses, clamps, thermostat, expansion tank during the engine head rebuild. This was $2000 repair there, simply because of engine headgasket leak(leaked some coolant on the driveway). This headgasket replacement seems to be normal repair for the mileage, during the replacement the head was also rebuilt with all new parts such as camshaft, rockers, seals.
-A little bit later the suspension was rebuild as well which included shocks, bushings, tie rods and such.
-Finally when I puchased this 535i it was due for an Inspection II service, it was done at 196000 miles along with new brakes ( 4 rotors+ pads), 4 Micheling tires ( $1000 only in parts here).
-Also had Nakamichi CD-400 Cd player installed at the same time ( $400 radio).

Since then car gave me no problems whatsoever, only servicing was needed. Now it has almost 210000 miles and just as good as it was at 110000. I really like it, but I have a chance to purchase the 2002 M5 and unfortunately I have to part with 535i.

Now let me describe the 535i. The exterior is 9 out of 10 because of a few dings and scratches, I will upload more detailed photos asap. No accidents, clear title. The car was garaged most of it's life, therefore such a nice paint after all these years.

Interior is 8.5 out of 10,because of the driver's seat sticthing separation ('2), top of the backseat separationand slightly faded parcel shelf.Leather is very nice for the age and has no cracks or damage.Car has perfect headliner and door panels as well as carpet which is like new. When I bought the car I put new BMW floor mats ( $125).

Mechnanically the car is 10 out of 10, it needs nothing except for service ( Inspection I) coming up at 210000 miles. There are no leaks or anything needing attention.Everything works in this car.Ice cold A/C, working electronics, powerful engine which doesn't consume oil and runs like new. Smooth transmission and clutch, tight suspension. Fresh brakes and tires, barely have any wear on them.

Original folder with manual, service booklet with most of the maintenance history, radio manual, warranty information ,window sticker, carfax report and spare key are included with the car.I'm asking $5500 for the car, but I would consider reasonable offers.

Thank you for your time, please feel free to email me at mxl556@yahoo.com or call 949-294-7236 if you have any questions or want to see the car. Shipping can be arranged as well.

Appreciate for posting that, unfortunately I can't post photos or links yet.

BTW I'm throwing almost new 18x8 Gunmetal 5 spoke wheels from Germany, direct fit on e34, all you need to do is to get tires. I picked these wheels up and planned to put them on the car when the michelins will need to be replaced, which won't be soon. If I sell the car I have no need for these wheels, so the buyer will get them with the car- free.

Thanks
Max
