QWuestion regarding fitment

I'm in the process of buying some 17"x8" wheels from a member front tires 225/45/17 rear tires 245/40/17 and need to know if they will fit my 94 325i w/ stock suspension without any modifications or rubbing issues. I know that the front will fit just fine, but what about the rears? Any help is greatly appreciated.

What is the offset of the wheel? Without that information it is too hard to say if they will fit.

Sorry they are 5/120 40mm

I spoke with Kurt and Luke @ Tirerack on two seperate occasions and they both stated that I would have to roll my rear fenders and make camber adjustments. ?
