Can Someone Help Me ID this Coilover Kit??

I'm 99% sure these are PSS9s...but I never seen the shock adjustment screw on top? I thought it was on the bottom near where it bolts up to the trailing arm. Can anyone help me ID these?

it also has an h&r sticker that says it was made for H&R??

bilstein grp N's... I think. They seem to be the rarer grp N's with the ajdustable valving.

Crap...SG: I heard that grp N's was ridiculously harsh for street. Can I run these with a soft spring rate and dial it all the way to soft and make it streetable?
