ETKpr1 and ETKpr2

I bought the BMW TIS/ETK software from some fly by night company on Ebay. They promised to include the 04/2006 price files named above. Though the software they sent seems to install ok, they did not send the price files and will not answer emails. They also seem to be using a bogus address in Sherman, Texas so it is impossible to contact them. I have searched everywhere but can't seem to find them. Can anyone share them or a source for them with me, please?

I checked the files and they are the same size as the files I have which are dated 2002? I also checked several prices then installed the new files and the prices I checked were the same. It could be coincidence but I find it hard to believe that BMW wouldn't do a price increase in 5 years. I don't think those are 2007 price files.
