Leather headliner?

I recall reading somewhere that at least one version of the E34 rolled out of the BMW factory with a (black?) leather headliner. Does anyone know what it was? Special edition of the M5? L5, if there even was such a thing (323i Junkie, where are you)?

Never heard of it for the E34...very few E28s had a full leather package, and L6/L7.
