looking at this M3

hey i was looking at this M and it looks like there's something missing in the upper left corner under the hood. can anyone help me out?

looks like its only missing the cover from that pic

Upper left? your thinking there might be a battery there...Its in the trunk on these cars.

Yes we all know where the battery is. it looks like the two covers plus the DME are missing, it looks like its just the harness laying in there.

its a 95..there is never anything in the upper left hand corner..96-99 has an air pump unit, this unit was not in the 95s
there is a panel missing though that covers up the wiring harness

And there is suposed to be a little silver box attached the that wiring harness- the whole computer is gone, i doubt someone would take the cover with out the computer, the DME just rests in there and is made to fit that compartment, you should be able to see it in that pick with the two covers missing.

I am willing to bet the computer is gone. The computer slides into a bracket, which make the computer visable.

Yeah I was thinking the cover would be the last of my concerns unless you are making a track car.
