WTB: 92+ 325 w/ bad motor

Hi guys. I am looking for a 92+ 325i or is.
The tranny in my 525i went out and instead of swapping in a new tranny am thinking I could swap the engine into a e36.

Looking for something fairly cheap. 5-speed preffered, but open to all.
