Fs: S52 M3 Cams, ==--good Condition --==--

I have a set s52 cams im looking to get rid of... I don't really know how to tell condition of cams, scoring or anything, so I took them to my local BMW performance shop which does s52 cams swaps all the time and he approved of these %100 for install... He did say there was some minor scoring but nothing to worry about... Just trying to be honest and provide you with the most information possible here...

This is for cams and trays? Two of each?! For all you saying this price is too high are idiots... Go look what these normally would go for WITHOUT the trays. And the cams look pretty good too.

Umm I might be interested if still for sale in a couple of weeks. All my bills eat my first paycheck of the month. :(

The trays usually sell for $150 - $200 a pair. If you wanted to put these cams into a obd-1 engine you would need those trays. Not all the trays are the same. You can save $150 - $200. I guess thats nothing to pay attention too. All Im saying is that this is good deal and I cant stand people low balling.

You people are retarded!! The best way to buy cams is with their original trays! Just swapping them into your current trays is going to wear the cams some more until they bed in.

do you need the trays if your putting them in a 328

correct me if im wrong but i'm pretty sure you DO NOT need the trays if your putting into a 328, I'm guess that the reason why you would want those trays is because the cams have been running in those since it came out of the factory, making a unique ware pattern, and if you just take those cams and put them in your trays the new cams would ware funny until they fit the ware patter of your original tray. To be honest its probably the best to go but I wouldn't be concerned at all just popping the new cams in to my original trays, 2.8L guys do it all the time. It's not crutial
