has any of the warranty stuff been done on the car? I see you still have the alcantara wheel... is it starting to separate at all?

No the alcantara on the wheel is not separating. It is in great shape compared to other alcantara wheels I've seen. What do you mean by warranty stuff? the car has been regularly maintained by Crevier BMW of Santa Ana, CA.

It does not have heated seats. Although it would be a nice option to have, I would never use heated seats in SoCal.
