this is my first post and an attempt to search for this topic was unsuccessful.
My previous AWD vehicle had all 4 tires the same so it was easy to rotate them to keep the tread wear even.This was said to be crucial to avoid wear on the AWD system
The X5 4.4i with sports package has different sized 19 inchers front and rear so they can't be rotated.
what are owners doing about this? when the Fronts wear out soonest does the X5's AWD system tolerate the difference in circumference brought on by new tires on the front and half worn on the rear better that some other makes?
with some makes of cars you'd have to buy 4 new tires at this point.
