Ok, seriously, I say this just trying to help you out... don't post new threads for every question you have about "what should I do" or "would this look good/bad/cheesy". The members on here can be incredibly helpful, but if you refuse to search and ask about tireflys again, I am afraid for your well-being... don't ask about jdm or mugen stickers either. The vast majority of bmw owners, at least those on this board, are 10,000% against upgrades like this that lower the class value of the vehicle and cheapen the quality, either through appearance or performance (I am one of them).

Welcome to the board, be prepared for the responses I am sure you're about to get.

Tireflys = poser.

NO offense intended, but you did ask.

I have a pair that I will sometimes slap on my motorcycle for night rides...but I ONLY put them on as a means of being seen more easily from the side...I actually hate the way they look.

not trying to be hostile, just trying to help you out. Quite frankly, it's your car, so do what you like. I was just attempting to help you avoid the scrutiny of the board, many would've said what I did in a not so discerning way... you should post up pics of your car though! Then you have something to compare it with after you mod it so you can decide which you like better and show all the work you've done ;):buttrock
