If it helps, I have known Raja for awhile and used his services before. Plus, now I live right by him and can stop by if anyone would like.

Raja - you should use the free images to sell your car. Makes you seem more legitimate. I always tended to avoid seller's that could not put pictures up. If you can afford the cars you have, you can afford a digital camera and 10 minutes of your time to host on one of those free picture hosting sites :)

Also, if you do not mind me asking, why is the price so low? Accidents? Dent's/Dings? Scratches? Clear title, or, has it been a rebuilt/salvage title cleared to be a clean title?

99K 95 M3 for $9K -- unless you have so much $$ to piss away, why is the price so cheap? It should easily be $10K and that would Still be a GREAT deal.

Thanks James,

You are in the area, should stop by sometimes.

The car is price aggresively to move it fast.
carfax clean no salvage title or anything. CLEAN TITLE and in hand.

sold my e430 in last oct.
sold the cayenne s in Dec.
need this to go so i can get a new car.

I priced it nicely so somebody could be a lucky owner!
if it doesn't sell soon, it's going to be on Roundel priced a bit higher to comparable market price.

i have email everyone who sent me mail and will have pix up later today.
Sold my nikon D50 as well, just getting new stuff for new year. :-)

James, do u still have the M5? or what are you driving?

Thanks Raja. Hmm ... what am i driving? Well, I am a rennlister -- and, we already discussed you working on the car when it gets warmer. I'll need to show it to you.

The price is amazing -- you are actually making me think about stopping over. I live by monroe/ox (near monroe manor). I need a daily driver and have just been renting on a monthly basis. I sold the M5 and bought an '07 ES350. She loves it.

I have been looking at a tow vehicle and seriously was thinking a used cayenne S (2004) ... but, heard a lot of problems with them. I don't want to spend $$ for a 2005+. It will be a tow vehicle/SUV at times. I was thinking of getting a wrangler to DD ... and a nissan titan to tow ... and picking up a mini convertible S (auto) or E36 M3 cic (auto) for Jen to daily drive.

Your car is a great price -- have you tried carmaxing it or webuycars.org? I would post it up on www.nccbmwcca.org -- you'll probably have it sold within a few hours on there.

omak81,

yeah, just hit me up if you are interested in checking out the car.

M3pwrofm3,

I have emailed you back my cell phone number.
I will be home studying, so just call or show up. Either is fine since you already been to my house and you know this is my car and you have also seen my other cars. the other two is gone and this one needs to go as i think you already know what are the cars that i am getting.

James,

Anytime, if you live so close just hit me up sometimes. The new es350 is impressive, i really like it, they did a good job and the engine is sweet.
If you get a Nissan, let me know. I know the general manager at the STerling Nissan.

honestly, i have not tried carmaxing or webuycars.com only becuase I want it to have a good home.

the response has been overwhelming, i have about 10+ people inquering about the car. I have few people coming to look at the car today and some over the weekend. It is going to have a new happy home soon. :-)

thanks everyone for looking and here are the interior pix:

and i'm back from the test drive...

my first impression.. wow! the exterior is in amazing shape.. the paint is as nice as my 2003. i saw the car at night, so any rock chips or door dings are completely unnoticeable. the car is bone stock, which these days is very hard to find. the interior has wear and tear, appropriate for its age. the drivers seat bears the brunt of the wear, mostly on the bosters, with very slight rippage on the left side. the passenger seat has minor cracking, no rips, and the butt area is in good shape. the rear seat is in perfect condition. the carpet is clean, door panels looking good. oh and the color combo on this thing is STUNNING!

on to the drive itself. coming from a non-mechanics point of view.. the car is perfect. no odd noises or anything unusual. it drives very well. i had to keep myself from driving to fast so i dont get a ticket.. i mean this thing just flies. i don't believe the owner has ever tracked the car, but he does push it a little. the reason this doesnt bother me at all, is raja's attention to detail is ridiculous. he's kept this thing in tip top shape mechanically. no vibrations at higher speeds. shifts VERY smoothly. its completely glued to the road on the twisties. simply put: i didnt want to get out, but i had to get back to work!

now the thing that far surpasses the car's quality and amazing price, is the owner himself. he's one of the nicest guys i've met. he's incredibly honest and straightforward. he's probably one of the nicest guys i've met from bimmerforums. if for some odd reason i dont end up buying this car (which is very unlikely) i would recommend it to my own mother. you cant find a better car for the price!

like i said tho, its a $9000 car so dont expect perfection. if you do, something is just wrong with you. i went in looking for a $9000 car, and i was completely surprised. its in better shape than cars much newer.

raja, like i said i will work out my few kinks.. and hopefully we can get this transaction underway as soon as possible! and if it doesnt work out, whoever buys this car is getting the deal of the century, and i will be very envious of you! i'll be in touch soon.. thank you very much for your time, you're a great guy with a great car.. and hopefully you'll be short a bimmer by next week! ;)

Congrats Raja. I knew it would go quickly. If you see a 2004 Cayenne S for a good price, let me know.

I've thought about a Nissan titan LE; but, I want a 2003-2004 one for around trade-in value. If you are good friend's with the car manager, I would love to meet with him. The titan will only be used to tow -- so, harder to justify paying so much for just a tow vehicle. That's why I was considering the Cayenne S to tow with and fun weekend car.

You should think about buying my car ;) The ES350 is a nice car for this area in terms of the congestion and sitting in something plush. I was impressed with the quickness of it ... it is not a driver's car; but, for 95% of the people out there, is a fairly good buy for a reliable entry-level luxury car. The Acura is the other one I considered; but, ES has a lot more interior and trunk space than TL had.

Erick,

CONGRATS Erick! on the M3. I am sure you will enjoy the car for many years to come. Take good care of it.

To all,

Yeap, Erick was the lucky buyer. He was the 3rd the lucky test driver who actually put money down as deposit after the test drive and got me the rest of the money today. A very nice guy and a new M3 owner now.

The amount of response I got was overwhelming, I suppose the price was good :-) I had over 12+ people really interested. And finally the car is gone. I am already missing it a bit. Thanks everyone for looking and for kind words from those who drove the car or vouched for me and my car. It was a good ending, don't want to say happy ending :D as you know.

My search for my new car will beging shorty. I will be around.

c ya. :)

Raja,

I just wanted to say thank you for the car it is absolutely amazing, and so much better then I could have hoped for. For everyone who doesn’t know him already, Raja is one of the most honest and respectable people I have met in my entire life. He made purchasing the car a very easy and painless process. I don’t know what else to say but thank you.
