I edited the posting to remove the info that you objected to - in order to save the forum the 'drama'. I would still install these springs in a 525 based on the recomendation from Patrick at BMA. According to him, the difference in part numbers is due to spring poundage rates and that between the 525 and 535, they are negligable.

Sorry that you were rooked on the price of the springs. (Google will yield prices right in-line with what I was able to find - all from licensed dealers...) It has happened to me too - I paid $40 for a f-ing glovebox latch, used, and the dealer sells them for almost half that.

Hello Jayson, Here is the link to H&R. The fronts lower 1.3", and the rears lower .75", I tell you it is a big difference. With the BAV springs, it sat way too low for my taste. Wheels were tucked too much, and I was going thru tires like hotcakes.

Let me know what you want to do. If you want them, I'll sell them $270 shipped. Sound good?

Why did you remove or edit your original post Shrike? It states in this site that they are $276 shipped. I don't know how they can sell them for so cheap, considering what H&R sells them for. Also you stated in your original post...Which is gone, that they fit any e34. Once again...The part number listed, even on your linked site, part #50143 will not fit a 525i. I do know one thing....Selling the springs for $276, I cannot do. That is little over half of what I paid with shipping. HUGE loss. can't do it. I would probably sell them for $400 shipped. Even then I'm loosing money.

My suspension is already finished. Front and rear has been completly rebuilt. So my car drives and handles better than a brand new car. Thanks for the info about better pricing at Turner.
