300 for all 4, or per tire. Tell us a little more about what you're looking for. Are you looking for max wear or max traction and what tire size?

i have stock wheels and the size is 15/60-205. Im a some what aggresive driver and like to push my car. So im looking for something that is more proformance. I know i cant get the best of both worlds but it would be nice to find something that wont hydroplane like crazy in the rain. I dont no much about tires and if you could offer some advice id appreciate it. 65 dollars a tire is my limit. thanks

There's no such thing as a real performance tire for $65 or under unless you buy them used.

Yokohama AVS ES100s would probably be the closest to that price.

I have a buddy who runs with BFG gForce sports which around your price range and offer a good amount of tire for the money. They're also a bit less pricier than the yoko ES100s, but I doubt they would perform as well as them either. Though I personally wouldn't consider either of them true "performance" tires. Good luck on finding a set that will work for you.

I run Yokohomo AVS ES100's and love them. There about $90 a tire. In the dry with warm temps they actually rate higher than Michelin Pilots on tirerack.com As for the cold, well don't plan to drive to aggressive until you warm them up, then there still not up to maximum performance. And in the wet, well... they don't hydroplane like crazy but they will every now and then, and the back end wont even think twice about coming around if you hit a corner to hard. But where i live bad conditions don't come around to often, and i can deal with the short periods of suckyness.
