I bought this car a little over a year ago as an upgrade from my 1995 BMW M3 with 40,500 miles on odometer. Right now it has 54,205 miles on odometer, as I drive this car to work and school on daily basis but most of the miles are highway. Never been raced or abused, never been tracked or autox’ed. I need to focus on other things in my life, but to do that I must part with this car. I have all original books, CDs, welcome DVD/VHS and receipts for all services that were performed. My asking price is $23,950 but no reasonable offer will be refused.

Most of items that were replaced, were NOT replaced due to the fact they were or became faulty, I have spoken to Nathan Myers (Classic BMW) and Troy Empy (BMW of Dallas) and they were willing to work with me to replace all known wear and tear items before the warranty ran out.

While on the subject though, does the ZHP package have any impact on insurance? Or do they just see it as a BMW 330? I'm highly considering one of these in the next 8mo/Year area.

no, no impact, its actually $15/mon cheaper than e36 m3

yes i am planning on replacing the windshield as soon as weather gets better, and yes it is Ipod capable.

Right now it will play Mp3s and you can buy the ipod adaptor or aux adapter($30) from dealer.

did not get your PM, I will do my best on the windshield but weather is still crappy down here, roads are all sanded, this car has never seen a sand so i'd like to keep it that way. PM me your number again, or call me tomorrow and we'll talk.

please reread the whole ad again and point me out to where i've said the motor has been replaced. The only thing has been replaced at 49k motor wise was the whole clutch and flywheel assembly.

Wow. I'm sorry it said you replaced "the blower motor at 49,XXX miles" ....I read it as blown motor replace at that miles.
My sincere apologizes. My Lexus GS400 is up for sale at the moment and have a couple intrested parties, so if I sell my Lexus I will be all over your 330i.

thanks for the offer, i'm sure you have a great car, but i've just never been a fan of Audi/VW for some reason. Few of my friends have them, they're quick and fun, but for some reason I dont like them.
