Need an 02 or 03 540i Sport...cash ready!

I've been looking for a top condition 02 or 03 540 Sport (auto) for a few weeks with no luck. The Bimmer market in Kansas City sux. Anyone have something nice with less than 50K miles? Most colors/interiors are OK.

FYI, I've got my E-Loan power check locked and loaded.....so now I need a car!
